By using the Crown Apex Automation website ("Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

02About the Site

The Site describes our industrial automation services, training programs, projects and company information. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Descriptions of services, courses, durations and technologies are not a guarantee that a particular service or course is available at any time.

03Quotes and automation services

Submitting a quote or enquiry form does not create a contract. Any engineering work is governed by a separate written proposal, purchase order or agreement that sets out scope, price, timelines, warranty and payment terms. Quotes are valid only for the period stated in them.

04Training programs

Enrolling through the Site is a request for a seat, confirmed only when we acknowledge it. Course fees, batch dates, refunds, certificates and any placement assistance follow the terms shared at enrolment. Placement assistance means help with resumes, interviews and referrals. It is not a guarantee of a job or salary.

05Career applications

Applying for a role does not guarantee an interview or offer. Please share only accurate information. We may verify details you provide.

06Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or unlawful information, or impersonate another person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems or other users’ data.
• Introduce malware, scrape the Site at a rate that harms it, or otherwise interfere with its operation.
• Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited promotions.

07Intellectual property

The Crown Apex name, logo, text, graphics, photographs, videos and code on the Site belong to Crown Apex Automation or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, modify or republish our content for commercial use without written permission. Brand names such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, ABB and others belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

08Technical information and safety

Technical articles and descriptions on the Site are for general education and do not replace a proper engineering design, site survey or safety assessment. Industrial equipment can be dangerous. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable electrical and safety standards, and use qualified personnel.

09Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep the information accurate and the Site running, but we do not promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crown Apex Automation is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Liability for engineering services or training is governed by the agreement for that work.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from use of the Site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
